HOW & WHEN TO USE

Works best on damp hair. Apply a small amount with fingertips directly to the hair in between the loc and the scalp. Comb through for even distribution. Palm roll and use clips to hold in place. Place under a hooded dryer until the product is set and locs are dry. Style as desired.
